| We are engaged in the manufacture and export of high quality revolving searchlight. We are one of the specialized arc revolving searchlight manufacturers and exporters. Our moving searchlight turns a large open area into highly secure zone. The revolving searchlights from our house are optimized to be used on watch tower and ATC building.
Salient Features
- Only 1 revolving system will cover all area around its installation upto 600 meters.
- High intensity, weather proof search light having high efficiency GLASS reflector.
- Luminary will continuously rotate 360 degree in horizontal plane.
- Normally this system installed over the roof, so there are no any obstructions of wall and pillar in the way of beam of luminary.
- The security man will feel fearless from the lighting insects because luminary fitted over the roof.
- The security man will also feel safe because he will always in dark place in comparison to others.
Specifications
A. Revolving Mechanism : The revolving system shall be suitable for mounting of 1 or 2 or 3 sets of search lights (LRF or LVS model) on its rotating disk. The revolving speed of the system will be 5 rpm (or as required). Revolving cabinet should have completed with speed reduction unit, electric motor, pulley, ‘V’ belts etc. and duly wired up to search lights. The entire system finished with special polyurethane weather proof / powder coating for corrosion resistant and aesthetic look and thus suitable for outdoor installations completed with control circuit panel with fuses, MCB, indicators etc.
B. Search Lights : We suggest our two varieties of luminaries’ viz. LRF and LVS models for this arrangement
- LRF model with either 250 W or 400 W or 1000 HPSV/MH lamp (life ~10000 burning hrs) operating on 230V. This fitting is suitable for continuous working and has a conical beam for illumination of 200 - 600 mtrs length with a spread of about 20 meters.
Specification : High Intensity search cum flood light, low carbon aluminium body, glass reflector (guaranteed for brightness up to 5 years), toughened front glass, ceramic lamp holder, focusing arrangement, M.S. cradle, separate control gear suitable for HPSV or MH lamp of required wattage. OR
- LVS model with either 24V/250 W or 36V/400W capsule halogen lamp (life ~500 burning hrs). This fitting is most useful for powerful illumination. The model provides instant illumination and has a very powerful narrow and long spot beam like a laser beam of 400 - 600 mtrs length with a spread of about 6 meters.
Specification : High Intensity, low voltage search light, low carbon aluminium body, glass reflector (guaranteed for brightness up to 5 years, toughened front glass, fire proof holder, focusing arrangement, separate power device of required wattage.
